檸檬小米古糧配方

成分:

  • ½ 杯小米
  • ½ 茶匙 芥菜籽
  • 1-1½ 湯匙 黃豌豆 (Chana Dal)
  • 1-1½ 湯匙。分裂黑克 (Urad Dal)
  • ¼ 杯花生或腰果
  • 1 撮阿魏(興)
  • 1 條青辣椒
  • 1 小撮薑黃
  • 1 茶匙生薑,磨碎
  • 1 小枝咖哩葉
  • 1 個檸檬

方法:

  • 徹底清洗小米並瀝乾水分。用 1.5 杯淡水用中火烹調。蓋上鍋蓋,用文火煮至完全熟透。輕輕地弄松並讓它冷卻。
  • 在平底鍋中加熱油,加入芥末、孟加拉豆和黑豆、腰果/花生和青辣椒。炒至豆豆變成金黃色,加入咖哩葉和姜。
  • 加入薑黃和阿魏。加入3-4湯匙水煮至水分蒸發。
  • 關火,加入小米。擠檸檬汁並攪拌均勻。
  • 與酸奶和木瓜一起食用。

Lemon Millet Ancient Grain Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Millet
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1-1½ tbsp Yellow Split Peas (Chana Dal)
  • 1-1½ tbsp. Split Black Gram (Urad Dal)
  • ¼ cup peanuts or cashews
  • 1 pinch asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 1 Lemon

Method:

  • Wash the millets completely and drain the water. Cook on a medium flame with 1 ½ cup of fresh water. Cover the pot and simmer till completely cooked. Fluff gently and let it cool.
  • Heat oil in a pan, Add mustard, Bengal gram and black gram, cashews/peanuts and green chilli. Saute till dals turn golden, add the curry leaves and ginger.
  • Add turmeric and asafoetida. Add 3-4 tbsp of water and cook till water evaporates.
  • Turn off the heat and add the millets. Squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
  • Serve with yoghurt and popadums.
