These flakes are elaborated with organic Quinua Real®, which is cultivated in the saline area of Uyuni, in Bolivia, at more than 3.600 metres higher from the sea level. It does not contain gluten, and on the other side is a fair-trade product. It is perfect for us to elaborate cakes, to batter or also to be added to our purées or soups.

Very versatile, quinoa flakes can be used in a similar way as you would use oats. It can be added as is to breakfast cereal (no need to precook), in the preparation of breads, biscuits and muffins, or prepared as porridge. It can also be added to soups to make it thicker and more nutritious.
