These flakes are elaborated with organic Quinua Real®, which is cultivated in the saline area of Uyuni, in Bolivia, at more than 3600 metres higher from the sea level.
It does not contain gluten, and on the other side is a fair-trade product; it is perfect for us to elaborate cakes, to batter or also to be added to our purées or soups.
