Join this fun and creative class using healthy sweeteners and gluten-free ingredients to create refreshing desserts for the summer, or for kiddie birthday parties! In this workshop, learn how to make the following:
Chocolate Ganache Tart: A divine silken dark chocolate ganache made with coconut milk, and set in a crisp gluten-free tart base.
Fairytale Pink Cupcakes: Gluten-free vanilla cupcakes made with almonds and a secret sneaky healthy ingredient! Topped with a magical vegan pink frosting tinted with dragon fruit.
Matcha Donuts: Super simple raw donuts made with nuts and dates and tinted green with a matcha cashew frosting.
Meghna Purandare (www.meghnas.com) is a passionate cook with a focus on desserts and pastries. She believes in tasty and delicious creations without any refined sugar and prefers cooking with whole, natural, and organic ingredients! She moved to Hong Kong recently from London and spends her time studying as a Holistic Nutrition Consultant and working on her food photography and food styling skills, creating healthy rainbow food and finding fun ways to introduce nutritious and alternative ingredients into daily meals.
