Salted Caramel Granola Bar

INGREDIENTS: Granola (any flavor of Pura Vida Granola — we’re using ginger spiced), Chocolate Bar, Peanut Butter, Agave/Maple Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add granola in a bowl, followed by peanut butter and agave/maple syrup. Mixture should be sticky, but not too wet that it falls apart
  2. After mixing, press mixture firmly onto greaseproof paper & freeze for 5 mins
  3. While granola is in the freezer, melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of hot water
  4. Once fully melted, drizzle over granola & garnish with topping of choice. Goes well with nuts, raisins and seeds. Freeze for an additional 20 minutes, & enjoy!
