成分:
- ¾杯高粱
- ½ – ¾ 茶匙孜然籽
- ½- ¾ 茶匙 芥末籽
- 1-1 ½ 茶匙 Split Gram Lentil (Urad Dal)
- 1 個洋蔥,切細
- ¾ 杯混合蔬菜,切碎

方法:
- 將高粱洗淨並浸泡至少 8 小時。瀝乾水分並加入淡水並單獨煮沸。
- 在平底鍋中加熱油/澄清黃油。加入孜然和芥末。加入 urad dal 炒至金黃色。
- 把洋蔥炒軟,然後加入蔬菜。蓋上蓋子煮至變軟。
- 加鹽拌勻。
- 加入煮熟的高粱,拌勻後加入檸檬汁和香菜葉。
Ancient Grain Recipe
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Sorghum
- ½ – ¾ tsp Cumin seeds
- ½- ¾ tsp Mustard seeds
- 1-1 ½ tsp Split Gram Lentil (Urad Dal)
- 1 onion, cut finely
- ¾ cup mixed vegetables, chopped finely
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and soak the sorghum for min 8hrs. Drain and add fresh water and boil separately.
- Heat oil/clarified butter in a pan. Add cumin and mustard. Add urad dal and saute till golden.
- Saute onion till soft and then add the veggies. Cover and cook till soft.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Add the cooked sorghum, mix well and add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
