Vietnamese BBQ Pork

Ingredients

  • 200g pork chop (large cubes)
  • 20g chopped lemongrass
  • 20g chopped garlic
  • 5g chopped shallot
  • 5g chopped small chili
  • 10g chopped red chili
  • 10ml chili sauce
  • 10ml oyster sauce
  • 5g salt
  • 5g black pepper
  • 10ml sunflower oil

 

Directions

Mix everything together then apply marinade on pork chop. Leave for 10 minutes, then grill with BBQ or hot pan until brown color. Serve with steamed rice or mixed salad.
