How to Use: Combine one part quinoa with two parts water and cook in low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. It can also be prepared in a Chinese rice cooker in the same proportion. Quinoa can substitute rice in most dishes. In Hong Kong it is often prepared and eaten in combination with rice.
