This nutritional yeast is a big step up from other brands that I have tried. It is very cheesy tasting when made into a “cheese” sauce and has none of the funky smell associated with grocery store brands. The bags I bought were a fine powder rather than large flake which made it dissolve into the sauce without clumping. I’ll definitely be back to SpiceBox for more.
