In this intimate session, Aline will share how to cook with ingredients commonly enjoyed in Spring – foods that are fresh, grounding, and known to support digestion and gentle detoxification.
During the class, you will prepare two comforting plant-forward dishes while learning practical tips for creating balanced, flavourful meals at home. The recipes are from Aline’s co-authored cookbook Happy Hormones: Recipes to Balance and Thrive, which focuses on nourishing, balanced meals designed to help you feel your best.
Aline is the founder of Sincerely Aline, a food platform dedicated to inspiring individuals and communities to cook wholesome meals and feel better through nourishing food. Her work focuses on the connection between food, wellbeing, and sustainable food systems. She is a passionate home chef, recipe developer, cooking instructor, certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and strategic marketing communications consultant.
